How do you know if your Sotf switch is working?
Troubleshooting your DSP5 or SOTF Switch If the tune or power level changes when you turn the switch, it’s working. Check to see if there is a button on the back of the switch. If so, with the key on, press the button at each position and note the results. When you press the button a small LED may light up.
What does a Sotf switch do?
The SOTF switch allows me to choose which level I want. I usually run in either 1(stock + 30hp) or 2(stock + 60hp), but can switch as needed, while running. Level 3 would be stock + 90hp etc…… A gun is like a parachute…if you need one, and don’t have one…
Can EZ Lynk read codes?
EZ Lynk can also read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). These codes can be found under the “DTC” tab in the main menu. Most codes do include a short description as well. One of the most unique features with the EZ Lynk is the ability to use your phone as a monitoring device.
Does EZ Lynk Vin locked?
This is correct. You need separate tunes that are locked to VINs but the EZ Lynk itself is not VIN locked and can be used to tune multiple vehicles.
