77kids is no longer a part of American Eagle Outfitters. The Pittsburgh-based retailer said in an SEC filing that it had sold 77kids to Ezrani 2 Corp. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the filing said that it includes 65 percent of the cost of the 77kids inventory.
