Contains no lead or other harmful metals and is safe for use on potable water lines. DO NOT USE on lines carrying Oxygen, Liquid Sodium, Ketones or Halogens. Do not store near strong oxidizing agents, acids or extreme heat. Keep container closed when not in use.

The kind I use has it on the label what to use to thin it out. A few drops of rubbing alcohol is enough to make a difference. Keep it stirred up with a screw driver. Thick goes to the bottom, thin works to the top.
